Restorative Yoga

A calming practice where poses require little muscular exertion. Each supported pose is held for several minutes without the distraction of movement allowing for a deep release of stress and tension. Sound healing is incorporated with the use of music that engages the relaxation response, reduces stress, and supports rest and relaxation.
