Restorative Yoga

A calming practice where poses require little muscular exertion. Each supported pose is held for several minutes without the distraction of movement allowing for a deep release of stress and tension. Sound healing is incorporated with the use of music that engages the relaxation response, reduces stress, and supports rest and relaxation.

Ayurvedic Summer Chill

Learn how to stay calm, cool and collected through the heat of the summer months. Fire and water elements are in excess, so feeling hot, bothered and irritable can be expected. No need to worry, through Ayurveda we can stay cool as a cucumber! Learn to combat hot flashes, exhaustion and inflammation through self care, diet and movement. In this workshop you will: 

  • be introduced to the basics of Ayurveda 
  • practice schedule management to prevent overexertion 
  • create a seasonal routine and self care practice 
  • discover what type of movement is most beneficial this time of year through a cooling, yoga flow suitable for all levels

Come balance the heat with simple strategies to keep us in rhythm with nature! No experience necessary.

Radical Openness

When we practice yoga we learn to recognize that things may not be how we thought, but they may be even better!  Haily is thrilled to embark on this yoga and dharma talk adventure with you!  As yogis, we learn to pay attention and remain present, this helps us to uncover gems that may be hidden under stories or expectations.  In this workshop you will:

  • be led through a juicy chest and hip opening flow, closing with restorative postures
  • reflect on how receptivity to change can guide you in the right direction, through journaling
  • discuss how yoga and awareness can bring you into a happier, more empowered life
